A study break well spent
Haha yeah it's Leap Day but oh well, procrastination got the best of me :-P.
anywaysss, those pumps are so adorable. same with the bow ear rings. hehe we should sleepover at daniel's house after prom cuz thats wat the seniors did last year.
secondly... penn badgley. swoon.
what site, you ask?
vintageous. swoon again.
peace.
i forgot to mention my two cents on prom (you're welcome).
go without a date! you'll have a much better time with your girls. i had stupid boys as prom dates and look back on it as the dumbest thing ever. think i would have had a much better time by myself.
My prom was fun, wasn't so long ago and I remember my date wearing something slightly avant-garde, in terms of the usual prom color choices. Le sigh, it was a local designer original though (she showed me this huge box it came in) and had people gasping, haha not really but I had an awesome time still. Couldn't have asked for more.
Oh, this is off-topic, but I was wondering if you knew anything about the National Student Leadership Conference? I received an invitation to it, but I have many other things piled up on my plate this summer, so I'm not sure if attending the conference would be a good idea. So any information that you know about it would be very helpful to me. Thanks! :]
Aw babes, you're eye candy yourself ;]. That said, yes a sleepover sounds so great.
Margherita:
Haha yes, I'll definitely post photos :].

Aww yes, I definitely agree (both about Penn and Vintageous)! And I probably will just go with my girlfriends -- except my gorgeous girlfriends will all have dates :-P.
Secretista:
Our junior prom is combined with senior prom, so it's a pretty big deal.
justlikeneon:
Definitely! Freshman year I fretted over having a date to any dance and now I realize, it doesn't matter.
Martin:
Awww that sounds so great!! I'm so glad you had such a blissful time :]. It made me smile reading about it.
Jordan:
Aww thanks sweetie! Thank you!
Linda:
The conference is pretty fun, albeit pretty expensive. It's not particularly prestigious if you're looking for prestige (almost anyone can get invited), but I heard it's a really enriching experience if you don't party the whole time and you really apply yourself.

This prom outfit is about being me and having the night of my life in an outfit that is me. What do you mean by more "adventurous" -- can you give me any suggestions then? I truly believe that being adventurous is overrated for many reasons though -- one of which being that confidence and looking good does not have to come with the avant-garde. My style is very classic, tailored, and girly -- and it works very well for me :].
