Noel, accept the fact that you are beautiful and talented. I don't know you but when you write, you convey a character who is smart, talented, and driven. Self-doubt isn't the answer. It's okay to feel gulity about not going to Europe but you will be achieving your dream of being in the fashion industry by interning at Seventeen. Hold your pretty head up high because you'll make it far. Confidence is key. Infinite x's and o's.

I'd love to see your school's yearbook! Which printer do you use? If you're using Herff Jones, our school might have a copy of your yearbook.

Btw, is your school's yearbook team going to the journalism convention in Anaheim next month?

You go girly, it's an important lesson but one I learnt at about your age also! I am like you, smile and giggle and be nice, but I am fiercely competitive and ambitious.

I'm glad I found your blog and I read that post. I'm also glad to hear what you learned because you just taught me something as well even though i'm applying it a completely different situation in my own life. I'm trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my life because I need to start applying to post secondary schools next year and I think it's worth it to chase my dreams now and go for what I really care about =)

:O) i love what you wrote for "lesson learned." especially the last sentence. good luck with all your endeavors and stay happy and strong despite the meanness in the industry that you may encounter in the near future!

Hi! I'm new to your blog. I definitely think you can do the job! My theory is always try, because at least that way you know you've tried, and you won't regret it.

There are vicious people in every industry and the more success you have, the nastier they are. Consider their nastiness to be a sign of your good work and don't let them hold you back!

Awww sweetie you're too nice -- seriously I don't deserve your kind words :]. Thanks so much!
    j.:
No more we can't, mmkay? Let's push each other at school.
    Vii:
Nah, we use Jostens I believe. Is there a yearbook camp in Anaheim? I don't think we're going -- usually we only go to the ones in NYC.
    shoes mend hearts:
